We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
It’s entirely up to your comfort. For treatments like massages, you’ll have privacy to undress to your level of comfort, and you’ll be draped with sheets for modesty. For water-based amenities like pools or saunas, a bathing suit is recommended.
We suggest bringing comfortable clothing and any personal items you might need. We provide towels, robes, and slippers, as well as lockers for your belongings. If you plan to use our pool or sauna, don’t forget your swimwear!
